COVID-19 Safety
At Lemandi Salon, health and safety is very important. Please be aware that the salon will be sanitized and disinfected between each client. If you arrive early, please wait in your car until your appointment time. There can also be no extra guests with you. It is not mandatory for clients to wear masks but the client is more than welcome to do so. Hand sanitizer will also be on hand.
Late Policy
At Lemandi Salon, we understand that time is valuable. We kindly ask that you are on time to your appointment so that you are provided with excellent service and that your time and the stylist time is respected. There is a 15 minute grace period because we know things can happen, however please be sure to contact the salon or stylist so that they are aware. After 15 minutes a fee of $25 will be applied to your appointment. Please be aware that after 30 minutes, you may have to reschedule.
Cancellation - No Show
We kindly ask that you, the client, cancel any appointments at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in a 50% charge of your service fee(s) for the appointment booked.
It is asked that you show up to all of your appointments if you did not cancel. If you have an appointment scheduled and you do not show up, please be aware that you will be charged the full service amount booked.
Coloring Services
Coloring services require a consultation that must be done at least 72 hours in advance. At booking a color form will be required for clients to fill out.
Be mindful that some color services can take hours to do so it is asked that the client does not make any major plans on the day of their appointment. Depending on the look the client is going for, multiple visits may be required. Also, please be aware that it is the right of the salon to charge for any additional color that is used during each color service.
If any client is dissatisfied with their color service, they have up to 48 hours to contact the salon or stylist to communicate their issue. At that time, if the issue can be fixed, the stylist will set up another appointment so that corrections can be made. If the client does not contact the salon or stylist within 48 hours after completion of the initial appointment, the client will be charged for any corrections made.
Extension Services
Currently at this moment, Lemandi Salon does not provide hair extensions. In order to make sure that the stylist can provide excellent service, it is asked that the client only bring in 100% Raw or Virgin hair for any installations. The stylist has the right to refuse any extension service if the client does not bring in the correct hair to their appointment. The client is asked to contact the salon or the stylist for recommendations in regards to the purchase of any hair extensions. Please keep in mind that all extension services include a complimentary shampoo and condition as well as basic styling. Any hair cuts or additional styling will be considered an add-on charge and the client will be charged for each service.
